My main learning is this "If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail."
So, be open minded, learn about the psychology behind coaching and mentoring. This will help you to have more grounds and tools to assist your executive clients in a holistic way, rather than just looking at the symptoms and potentially causing damage even for the organisation.
An interesting read! I might go and study more psychology after I have done my coaching program.
