10 learning from the last 9 month.. aka was it worth?

I've been quiet for a while on my blog.. That's 'cos I have embarked on becoming a proper L&D professional. Not just in my heart but also in my job title. And I have made it!! Whohooo.. and phewww... Don't be a bystander!

One of my favourite psychology experiments is about the bystander apathy. Have you heard about it before? And have you experienced it?? Hm... Let's see.. You are in a busy train station. Someone just has collapsed in front of you as you are exiting the building. Would you stop to help or rush by just like most people do? I know you would say "Yes, of course!" But would you really? Would you? Think twice and watch this video below.. Most people wouldn't stop! Are you surprised? So, would you stop? Well, I hope after having watched this video, you would. Now, you are 2x as likely to stop and help than before, so well done. :-) Here is your next challenge: you are in a room full of people.
